heart broke clean like a vinyl snap
laughed when I bled, now I write it back
they call this living? it’s more like trap
flashbacks hit like a heart attack

This song came from a place of emotional exhaustion and raw self awareness. One Minute, One Hour, One Day, is about how fast time moves when you’re stuck in your own head, grappling with trauma, addiction, regret, or just trying to survive. I wanted to capture that numb spiral where each minute stretches forever, but everything still feels like it’s slipping. It’s haunting, it’s heavy, but honest. Every line is a confession wrapped in a beat.

as we move into the music industry’s Tuesday blackout, i wanted to take action in connection with my Wednesday release.  i encourage other participants (large labels in particular) to do more than simply take a day off.
