Ireland’s Pusher returns to his own Indicate label this April with its seventh release, entitled the ‘Letting Go’ EP and comprised of two originals. ‘Elk’ is up first and is laid out across five and a half minutes with bright stab sequences, sporadic marimba like melodies, entrancing synth melodies and raw, thunderous drums. ‘Paradise’ follows next and as the name would suggest shifts things over to a sun-drenched house feel courtesy of an amalgamation of bright synth hooks, airy strings, twinkling FM chimes, heavy doses of sub
bass and gritty,swinging drums.

Today we welcome @royabrehl to our mix series. Roya is a Leeds-based DJ and producer, playing a plethora of deep electronic sounds.

Over the years Roya has been an integral part of the Leeds music and nightlife scene. As a co-founder and resident at the Schwein parties, Roya played regularly at Wire and other respected venues across the city. Along with three previous Schwein residents, they are now part of The Off Licence, who have invited a diverse range of respected artists to their line-ups.

Roya is also is part of the team behind The Imaginarium, a new creative arts space and venue in Leeds, and is founder of the Hideous Things mix series.
