Artist BIO:

DJ Abhay is a portuguese artist addicted to electronic and dance music since he knew this kind of music. He started djjing in 2003, among his friends, playing in some private parties in Portugal. His favourtie kind of music for that time was Psytrance, wich he continues to love and working under this name. Over the years, he felt that mixing only Psytrance doesn't gave him all the opportunities and skills that a Dj must have, so he started to listen and creating alternative concepts about this art. Actually, he is also known as DJ ALB, a project that is more orientated to Tech House and Progressive Techno, but he don't close the doors to Dub, Dubstep, Ambient and Lounge... His sets can be described as deep and groovy, specially orientated to dance floor, but also to create some good environments in all kinds of places. He has been booked to act in some festivals, parties and clubs over Lisbon and Portugal playing side by side with great underground names like Ace Ventura, Captain Hook, Sensient, Dickster, Aphid Moon, Pixel, Talamasca, U-Recken, Tristan, Menog among others. Here is the first "ACIDTEK" set that i played on ACID ATTACK at The Zoo (Hasselt - Belgium) saturday 22 january 2011.  What a legendary night it was for this new party concept dedicated to our beloved 303 sound.  First edition and allready a SOLD OUT night !!!!  OLIVER BONDZIO from the HARDFLOOR collective straight from germany dropped a perfect mixed vinyl only set with some great highlights, STOORNIS live... 4 Dudes and so many studio live gear to start up 3 studio's coming from Ghent ROCKED the club with their Hard Rave,Techno & Hardcore Acid sounds driving the BPM up to 180 !!!!  Result, everybody going BONKERS like HELL !  GOLDFOX and myself dropped each 2 different set...... My RAVECORE ACID set is coming soon.
