Bixio Music Group, NY, NY is the American branch of Gruppo Editoriale Bixio (Bixio Publishing Group). The Bixio Publishing Group was the first Italian music publishing company, currently based in Rome, Italy and established in the 1920’s by renowned composer Cesare Andrea Bixio. 

Our remarkable catalogue includes renowned Italian composers, legendary evergreens and Italian motion picture soundtracks spanning generations, from the 1930s to the present day. 

The Group boasts a host of record labels including Cinevox Records. 

Since releasing its first soundtrack in 1966 it is responsible for producing highly recognizable original motion picture music spanning genres such as Spaghetti Westerns, Horror, Comedy and Romance. This visionary tradition of the Bixio Publishing Group has roots coinciding with the invention of sound film and came to life when founder Cesare Andrea Bixio wrote the soundtrack for the first Italian talking movie, La Canzone dell’ Amore in 1930.
