I really enjoy this track, and there is a cool story behind it! In March last year, I was offered to do a mix for the Electric Mitten Collective and I had the crazy urge to pump out a ridiculous amount of original music for the mix. I randomly decided to download Sunrise off of my buddy Nat's(who you may know as gNat) SoundCloud, and made this remix using the WAV of the original in about an hour and a half.  This was probably the quickest track I had ever written, and it is more of a bootleg than a remix, considering I didn't use stems. I am happy to finally give this one a home on this album and think it is a great fit :).

gNat - Sunrise (Arcadian Sound Remix)

The human skin is a fascinating organ. It holds the human body together and acts as a protective layer with a membrane function. In addition, the skin is also a carrier and transmitter of information. Through it, people feel touch, temperature and also pain. Furthermore the skin shapes the individual appearance of a person. It makes feelings visible and is also an indicator for states of mind. This single by Flave & Ouhana is a bouncing downsnappy banger that fits well in a club and dance atmosphere. The driving basses are combined with vocals typical for Flave. Tidy percussions and discreet fx also round off the mix very well. All in all, both artists give us an insight into their musical skin and sound of personal system.
The remix by Deep Ändi is a captivating mix of mysticism and high energy. The robotic vocals create a futuristic atmosphere, accompanied by acid sounds and a powerful bassline that fits perfectly into the club scene.

Sine Rise - my new track in a style that is not explored(?) and based on idea of a style that not exists(I guess). Initial idea was to create a song made of sines only. If you're advanced producer you know that slapping a distortion, FM, AM, heavy vibrato, glitches, grains and whatever will turn a sine into not a sine.
A style could be called - Sine-Fi
Working on the song with sines only turned out to not sound too good. So I made decision to add in normal drums, FX, and lil bit of layering on some sounds. The base is still all sines. Which resulted in some specific soft sound. Some drums parts are sine based too.

So if anyone want to try new idea - try to make Sine-Fi with sines only, cuz I failed. The other debatable thing with this is start of the sound. If you make sharp start - result is click, which is not a sine too. It's funny that the idea of the style is the most primitive wave, but requires some knowledge to keep it sines. So easy to slip into distorting the wave.

Synthetica is a synthwave song that explores the quest for authenticity in a synthetic world. With pulsating synth sounds, driving drum machine beats and catchy vocal melodies, the song creates an atmospheric and nostalgic mood that evokes the 1980s.

Surf And Sun

I wanted to make something different, so I did. The Rising Sun is heavily inspired in cinema scores and a homage to eastern scales, chords and music in general. It is supposed to feel more cinematic, dramatic and the retrowave intro is just there to deceive you hahaha. It is the first of the a two part song. This one is about the rise of civilization, exploration and thriving. You can imagine what the second one is about.

The Falling Sun is the continuation to The Rising Sun. The Sun pieces chronicle the history of mankind, from its beginning and maturity, to its possible fall. 

The sun is setting, but not the way you think so.

The third of four Sun pieces. This is The Dying Sun. You probably have already guessed that the Sun is not really the Sun by now, right? 

This is a bit more introspective at first, but it goes out with a bang. Interpret this as you will - this is the beauty of music, after all.

Sparking Roads: feat. TIMECODE 88

Chaos is the next piece from my next album, People of the Sun. It is a continuation of our space odyssey and it is meant to represent our struggle to find a home. This can be literal or figurative. Aren't we always struggling to find who we are?

Our fictional human population at first embarked on a trip to find a new home. Then it had to deal with the vastness of space and the feeling of Isolation, the previous track. Now, desperation strikes.

This is a more Tim Burton-esque cinematic track - at first you will feel you are at a psychedelic circus and this is the idea. Enjoy my little psychedelic space waltz as we edge closer and closer to the end of our journey.

This is a direct continuation of Delirium. We edge closer and closer to losing, or finding ourselves in our journey for a new home. Maybe our home has always been within, and we never realized it. 

The space odyssey of People of the Sun is reaching its final stages - where we finally learn we are indeed alone, there is no place like Earth and we are now lost in space, perhaps forever? We'll see.
