My debut album is finally here!

The original concept for this album goes back as far as 2020 when I wrote a melody around a rough draft of a clock-faced monster character I designed, which evolved into the character featured on the album cover, who I named Ivan Onedring (based on the phrase "I've Been Wondering"). The emotion I intended to invoke was just that: wonder. What’s out there that hasn't been explored? What’s stopping us from exploring it? Over the years I kept coming back to that concept and expanding upon it in little snippets, and eventually they evolved into full-fledged songs, resulting in the full-length album i've been wanting to make for years. 

All the tracks are connected, and the ending of the final track connects back to the beginning of the first track, to create the illusion of an endless song when listening to the album front to back on a loop. The meaning behind this is simple: time is also endless. Weird things happen in our lives all the time, but at the end of the day, time goes on, and each day is a new day.

This album is a culmination of all the things I’ve learned throughout my 7 years of producing, and what I’ve learned having studied music pretty much my whole life. However, I still learned so much over the past 6-ish months during the heaviest production period of this album, and I’m extremely grateful to be able to share my form of human expression with the world.

Those of you who listen to the project upon release, a huge huge huge thank you. However, in order for me to grow as a musician, I need all the feedback I can get. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a professional musician or a casual listener, let me know what you liked and didn’t like! I’m open to all suggestions you may have to help make my future projects as dope as they can possibly be.
