Here at Bordello, the hot season has already arrived. Championing this warmth is Italy’s very own Hey Cabrera! The Turin based dynamo melds elements of electro disco, italo and house to create a uniquely aromatic blend of dancefloor joy. Clean drum patterns, claps and hi-hats are at the foundation of “Italo Void”. From these percussion points, a bold and ensnaring melody takes flight; glimmering synthlines shining from beginning to end. Fellow Bordello mainstay, Lauer arrives to bring his own analogue sound to the title piece. Accentuating that irrepressible tune, piano keys give extra ballast with a touch of late evening romance as we wait for the sun to come up. The flip transports us to Scandinavia for some unrequited love. Although “Forelskelse” may mean unexplored passions, this track is brimming with emotions. Burning with a smouldering energy, ingredients from disco to house combine to produce a wonderfully uplifting work. David Bay, of Zissou Records fame, closes with his interpretation of “Forelskelse”. A measured introduction gives way to those addictive notes of the original, Bay stripping back the samples to allow the instruments to sing. A soundtrack to see us into a magical summer.

Tallac is a producer and DJ based in Berlin. He found his love for synth music at an early age, obsessing over the soundtracks of 80s sci-fi movies like The Running Man, Akira, Blade Runner, and Dune, before finding his way to proper dance music during his teens in the late 90s. Through his tracks, he tries to capture that formative love of all things analog and outer space into songs and sets that feel simultaneously lost in time and pushing beyond the infinite.

Born and raised in the United States, Tallac saw success with indie rock and bloghouse remixes throughout the early 2010s and played his eclectically-flavored sets at venues and warehouse parties in San Francisco, New York, and Burning Man, bringing the sounds of outer space to eager listeners hoping to find new homes in distant galaxies.

Focusing on an Italo and Space Disco sound, he’s seen singles and remixes released on AEON, Ritmo Fatale, and Sinchi Collective, and played sets at some of Berlin’s finest: Re:mise, Bulbul, and his recurring Italo Disco residency at Palabra Bar in Friedrichshain.

Allez Allez slows the pace slightly, offering a brief moment to catch your breath, while Training (feat. Daniella) leans into retro Euro influences with both English and French vocals.

The talented DJ, producer, and live performer joins the RTF family with this outstanding EP. Strongly influenced by the sounds of the '80s, Cogan blends his old-school inspirations with his own vocals to create something truly unique.

This release also includes remixes by the iconic French duo Clinique Lacuna, who deliver a sultry remix with big snares and fat basslines, and Boudi, one of the most talented Dutch producers right now, who contributes a massive, dancefloor-oriented remix.

Bizzarro Universe reworks ""Old Shanghai"" with a clear nod to the 90s: punchy 909 drums, a euro-inspired bassline, sharp chord stabs, and a generous splash of acid. It’s a real powerhouse.
Marcus Christiansen takes ""Look Back Without Me"" deeper into darker territory. By emphasizing the arpeggios and adding a gritty acid bassline, his version edges closer to electro, intensifying the track’s restlessness while giving plenty of release.
