I admire the avant-garde, obscurites, and otherwise beautiful obnoxious absurdities that inspire, tickle, amuse, humor, belittle, annoy, disappoint, and enlighten the listener. Tanskin'a-bundles!

Our predecessors made us what we create today. Tracing samples and musical references is as important to our musical culture as story-telling is to our social evolution.

Violet Creatura is a walk through mystery, channeling nature portals and voices from a distant time. The intention has always been to be a vessel for the women and witches who have not been heard. Intuitively guided, and fueled by a flame tended throughout centuries. It’s about redemption, rewriting myths, and finding and transmitting that deep connection with spirit that we all seek. Eclectic and electric, the sounds of Violet Creatura come in a variety of forms: nature love songs, abstract and transcendent loop compositions, kooky psych jams, haunting melodies, or the driving rhythms of feminist revenge. 

Violet Creatura began as an experiment and continues to be walking into the unknown. It receives its influences from deep roots, ancient whispers, mystical visions.
