To me and many of my peers, "acid house" was not just about 303s and purple ohms, it was a feeling - a vibe that permeated through a mix of musical genres, house, techno, italo and cosmic disco, EBM, balearic, whatever. Adrián Peña Sánchez (Calystarr), is a DJ, producer and electronic researcher from Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz). His style could be compared like night and day, on the one hand, dynamism and depth and on the other, elegance and freshness. Their sounds are full of psychedelic atmospheres full of harmony using nuances and resources, in most cases, of a retrospective nature. Calystarr usually works under many musical influences, betting mostly on retro and underground indie sounds. Für die letzte Episode "In the room of spirit and time" in diesem Jahr haben wir, @frinda_di_lanco @hendrik_stein und ich gemeinsam überlegt dieses Umwelt-Spezial zu machen. Zum Einen weil es schon eine ganze Menge obskurer Musik gibt, die sich mit dem Thema Umweltzerstörung/schutz beschäftigt und zum Anderen, weil uns nicht zuletzt die Situation im Danni gerade mal wieder vor Augen führt, wie beschissen wenig Umweltklimaoderwasauchimmerschutz zählt, wenn er gegen kommerzielle Interessen abgewogen wird. Wir spielen daher nicht nur Musik sondern auch kurze Statements von Freunden in der Show zu diesem Thema.
