Justin Chaos needs little introduction and I have know Eric Lift Shift since we were both noobz 15 years ago.  They asked me to do a remix, and having mastered the initial Obliviant live sets, I already particularly liked “Vishnu”  They sent me some sounds but I was confused as none of them resonated with me, so I lost interest.  Eric said “I thought you wanted Up all Night, just do this one please”  

Later I was visiting Justin in Amsterdam and he got me amped up to begin work on the remix, so by the end of the day it was sounding quit cool.  Its always quite fun to take little pieces of sounds and put a ton of echo and effects on them to generate new atmospheres.  I slowly chipped away at it over the year, and steadily it grew into quite the monster!  The lead at the end changed about 3 times until I felt it was worthy.  We are all delighted with it now and shows that persistence of quality pays off.  As you will read in my next sorry, remixing your favorite track isn’t always the most productive.

Reversed Logic is the new solo project of Ivan Jovicic from the well known and established psychedelic progressive act Middle Mode of Serbia.

In the past years, Ivan has been exploring different ideas about psychedelic music production and after some experimentation he has created Reversed Logic which brings forward a more fast paced and driving style of Psychedelic dance music. The framework of the music crosses over to the twisted psychedelic/forest side and at the same time keeping a strong Goa feeling alive through the leads and melodies.
