i really liked how the dark truth barely needed any additions or changes to work as a battle theme, one that mind you feels VERY similar in structure to ASGORE, which obviously works very well thematically, so it felt too good to pass up

A smooth, feel-good mix of jazz grooves and funky rhythms. Bright, melodic, and full of motion, this album brings a stylish late-night energy perfect for chilling, driving, or setting the groove for the day.

I immediately loved this song the moment it came out and so I had to make a cover for it. I wanted to try doing things differently, and while I do not have any actual instruments (at least none that I can play) I tried arranging this song so that it would sound "realistic" enough. Specifically I wanted it to REALLY feel like a cheap recording from a teenager garage band, with it constantly going off-tempo and with cheap recording mixing. Idk if I succeeded, but I still wanted to try out.
