Rheinzand is a collaborative project between Reinhard Vanbergen, the multi-instrumentalist producer, Charlotte Caluwaerts (Tundra) and Mo Disko from the renowned duo ‘The Glimmers.’ Live on stage they are accompanied by Stéphane Misseghers (dEUS) on drums and Bruno Coussée (MannGold) on bass.

Rheinzand’s music is a mixture of styles inspired by dance music’s rich history. Their songs give nods to old & new genres, forgotten & popular scenes in order to create their own take on today’s musical landscape.

Their exotic & eclectic style caught the ears of Danish label ‘Music For Dreams’ on which they released their debut self titled album in March 2020. Piccadilly Records (Manchester) voted the album number 1 album of the year 2020 and Phonica (London) gave them a well-deserved place in their top 50 of best albums of 2020. 

 Tracks from the album such as ‘Blind’ were championed by DJ Harvey during his summer residency at Pikes Ibiza, and the band have had tracks on the first two volumes of his Mercury Rising compilations.

The singles ‘Kills & Kisses’, ‘Obey’ & ‘Slippery People’ (their fantastic cover of Talking Heads’ classic) has further demonstrated their unique and flawless production that is capturing the hearts and dance-floors around the world.
As the live music industry held its breath for a year due to covid, the band didn’t get the chance to bring the first album to a club or festival near you. 

Nevertheless, they used that time well and wrote a second album, titled ‘Atlantis Atlantis’. Still using the same ingredients, you can hear an evolution in song writing, the use of different languages and more song-based structures. The release is planned for early 2022.

To keep momentum during the pandemic, the band and label Music For Dreams commissioned a string of remixes from their debut album from the likes of Gerd Janson, Red Axes, Musumeci, Pete Herbert, Peaking Lights, Superpitcher + many more. Released on digital & Ltd Edition 12”

Hailing from Gent, Belgium the band are set to tour upon the release of their second album 'Atlantis Atlantis' planned for the 4th of February 2022.

Marc Carbone is the official name behind Dj Carbo. Carbo started his dj-career with the first parties in '99! A few small parties became quickly bigger 'underground' events mostly between 2002 and 2010! For years he had a beautiful residency at theZoo Club Hasselt and he played in most of Belgian clubs and neighbouring countries. After 2012 Carbo started traveling a lot and so he played on techno festivals in Australia and Burma while backpacking. After this beautiful travel experience he decided to move to Ghent and started a family. After some quiet years he decided to pick up the scene again. Since 2016 he had several smaller gigs and a residency in a hip place called 'Videos' Ghent. In 2019 Carbo started producing a lot again with also extra courses by professional and well-known Techno lover Steve Redhead. It didn't take long or Silhouet Records was born. A brand new label that stands for the deeper music better known as "Melodic House & Techno" !!

Carbo is a vibrant energetic DJ always knowing to please the crowd, to lead them on an adventure never knowing what record to expect next. He will take you on a journey from progressive floating sounds of melodic house to techno but also he can definately do the harder work of Acid, distorted basslines of the infamous TB303 and lot's of pumping kicks. He is also very skilled in promoting events, owner of concepts like Recoded Acid Area, Braincrash, Techno Area and Noah's Arc. With many headliners during the years. In group, Carbo together with DavidGneo, called Metacid they have a very respected label "Braincrashed Records" sold up to 3000 records of 12" vinyl. And in 2020 Carbo started solo the deeper sound in techno and melody under the name Silhouet Records.
