I unintentionally saved Ionian for last. It's the mode I use the least. I told my friend this story: I was 17 in 2012 and I found my first girlfriend. My friend texts me and says something to the effect of "Good. Now you can start writing in Ionian!".

This mode wants to be joyous and uplifting. And while I think what I wrote has those qualities, it also has a fair bit me as well.

I don't usually sing rhythmic songs, but I like Rock, especially these 2 Elvis songs.
It's just a little nod to my big brother Phi Van who moved back to Laos. He sang them very well.
This song was arranged in January 2013. I sang it for the first time in 2018 at a birthday party... I didn't think it was hard enough to sing, plus the tempo is very fast. (I suspect my arranger of speeding up the tempo to boost me😒😩). I had a hard time finishing the Teddy Bear song. 😁 Just for fun ! 😊_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
