This week, I am so delighted to welcome David Morpeth of Trusted Rhythm Records to the Sunday Supplement Guest Mix series ...♥️

David is a deep house DJ and curator with over two decades of experience. Rooted in Brighton’s underground scene, his sound has travelled further afield - London, Ibiza, and India - always guided by a commitment to musical depth and integrity.

Drawing inspiration from selectors like Gilles Peterson, Osunlade and Jimpster, David’s sets explore the deep, soulful and percussive dimensions of house music. His wide-ranging musical knowledge informs a style that is both informed and instinctive, with a focus on flow, atmosphere and emotional resonance.

He is the founder of Trusted Rhythm Records, an independent label championing emerging and underground deep house artists. Through the label, he continues to support a growing network of producers and listeners connected by a shared love of deep, understated club music.

David approaches DJing as a form of curation with a dedication to quality, discovery, and the subtle art of selection.

Hey Gang...Firstly,I'd like to apologise to Spence aka Nightly Closures and indeed you all for the extremely late posting for this mix..I hope you all had an amazing Christmas and enjoyed the festive break..it was a super busy time for me, so hence just catching up on all the admin and socials.
