Dr. Astri holds a Baccalaureate in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. He completed a three-year post-doctorate specialty in orthopedic rehabilitation at CMCC. Dr. Astri studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture for two years at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a Registered Acupuncturist. He recently graduated from the University of British Columbia, with his Masters in Rehabilitation Science. He is also enrolled in a post-doctorate residency program in sports medicine

Ian Smith  is a Business Graduate from McMaster University. Started his career at Target, in a leadership role as they launched in Canada. It was here where he discovered his passion for building successful teams, focusing on culture and operational excellence. After spending a few years in retail leadership, Ian transitioned into Management Consulting from here - getting work with a variety of different companies, across industries - focusing on improving processes and improving their organization. After this is where Ian made the move as an Entrepreneur, opening his own fitness studio in Toronto.

Tara saved her money from her 1st job at McDonalds)& bought her own car at 15, which allowed her to drive to school on her own For her Sr. year of High School.
