[Jazz Piano] 'I Can't Get Started With You' | Jazz Standard

Was playing some pick-bass and came up with the intro riff, and some more, then arranged out the track. Kind of a hybrid of Green Day and Foo Fighters and Steve Vai.

Sampled Brahms' Piano Quintet 'F maj: Allegro Non troppo' as the main orchestral sample in this Trap track. One of Brahm's best pieces and it adapted nicely to the EDM-Trap format.

In addition to conveying a strong performance of these important JS Bach keyboard inventions, I tried to achieve a life-like acoustic environment and clear but colorful vintage recording sound, to harken to the classical recording techniques of the 1960's and 70's. These performances were recorded with the Nord Stage EX French Harpsichords, and for room ambiance I used the Altiverb IR Reverb of Austria's Schloss Esterhazy Castle Chapel. This was the location that Haydn lived, composed and performed many of his works in the early 1700s, so it was no surprise that the room suited well the keyboard music of Bach, his contemporary.
