Started writing poetry at the age of 16, Quarter Lope aka Qp (Victor Williams Jr) began to feel that his life should be around music, base on the simple fact that Rap is actually Rhythm and Poetry, which it was also another form to Hip Hop. Quarter Lope was Born in March 23, 1984 in Miami Fl, where he was born and raise with his two sisters and one brother living in one household that his Mother own. His Mother in the early 90's was later married again, which then he also had Two StepBrothers in his life. He later at the age of 19, started rapping with a group of friends around his Neighborhood in South Miami Height also known as The Square and Once made a group call Primetime. Quarter Lope was not only an Artist but also a Sound Engineer who mix down his own craft.

With roots firmly set in the west coast of Wales I now reside in north Yorkshire.
