Pako Vega was born in Ceuta, the home of Calypso in the ancient Ogigia.

He's a curious mind, a fervent record collector, radio host and DJ for Edinburgh's community EH-FM where he's been running Sounds Of Ogigia since 2018. A monthly extravaganza for tormented souls.

In 2020 he founded the label of the same name, which focuses on evocative and ritualistic music leaning on the Greek gnosis.
In 2021 Pako started a residency at Sneaky Pete's (Edinburgh) where he curates "Aquelarre" a night spanning all sorts of experimental club sounds.

As opposed to established functional dance music Pako Vega aims for a more transcendental and explorative approach as a dj. His sets, although hard to define, are nothing short of psychedelic; anything from slow burned wonky beats, trippy avant-garde and trance inducing grooves to abrassive leftfield, heavy electro and intense minimal synths.

Radoznao je um, strasan kolekcionar ploča, radio host i DJ za edinburšku zajednicu EH-FM gde vodi Sounds of Ogigia od 2018. Mesečna ekstravaganca za mučene duše.

Suprotstavljen uspostavljenoj funkcionalnoj dance muzici Pako cilja više na transcedentalni i istražiteljski pristup kao DJ. Njegovi setovi, iako ih je teško definisati, nisu uskraćeni psihodelije, svega od sporih čudnih ritmova, tripi avangardnog i trance gruva, te abrazivnog leftfielda, teškog elektra i intenzivnih minimalnih sintova.
