Part four of Bedouin’s superb ‘Temple Of Dreams’ remix package features new interpretations from Harry Romero and Anja Schneider.

‘Temple of Dreams’ was, of course, Bedouin’s long-awaited debut album and one full of top-tier musicians and collaborators. It came in early summer amidst the kick off of their 2023 Saga residency at Pacha Ibiza, showcasing the breadth and depth of their ubiquitous house sound. This fourth volume of remixes once again welcomes some standout names to add their own unique spin.

First up is Harry Romero, a long-time house legend with a famously steamy and chunky house sound that has kept him at the heart of the global conversation for many years. His take on 'Flore Chico' feat. Chico Castillo is powered by vast kick drums and lush chords. The lush organic percussion and gravelly vocals take on a magical vibe as the synths melt the soul.

Next up is Berlin powerhouse Anja Schneider, a core part of the underground scene for many years and head of the tastemaking Sous Music label. Here she takes things into sparser territories, turning 'Fortune Teller' into a spine-tingling minimal cut with lithe piano chords draped over wavy drums and warm percussion. It's a punchy, yet supple late-night groove.

This is another essential pair of remixes that add a fresh perspective to the Bedouin originals, ‘Temple of Dreams (Remixes Part 4) (incl. Harry Romero, Anja Schneider)’ drops via Human By Default on 24th November 2023.

Exclusive Pablo Fierro 'Timanfaya'

Cradled with rhythm Canary Island born and currently in Madrid living DJ and producer  Pablo Fierro is a mainstay of the rather percussively influenced music in the electronic music scene. With releases on Innervisions' renowned 'Secret Weapons' compilation the bustling artists has left quite an impression and paved the way for following releases on Suol or RISE. For the latter Pablo remixed Floyd Lavine's track 'Masala', which became an instant summer anthem in 2017. This year Pablo continues his personal rise with his 'Timanfaya EP' on Munich based label Compost. The EP's title track starts Pablo-style, meaning the Madrilenian builds up the track with strong and various percussions preparing the momentum when a Mediterranean influenced synth-melody makes its first appearance and in the following is accompanied by a second one that marks the track's peak. Shortly before the release of Pablo Fierro's EP Torture the Artist had the chance to catch up and speak to the artist about his connection to the 'Timanfaya National Park', his move to Madrid and other topics.

Pablo Fierro's EP 'Timanfaya' will be released on Compost Records May 4th, 2018.
