The company is devoted to the development and empowerment of talented artists and Dj’s in all African music genres. We also specialises in Artists relations, music production, publishing, merchandising , printing, events coordination, promotions, tour management, artists bookings, social media marketing, TV/Radio music programming, talkshow and reality show productions. 
C’Well founder and CEO C’nky Siwela, benefits from more than 17 years involvement in music education and development programmes, providing him the opportunity to build healthy relationships with different kind of media and music industry personalities. Having working with Los Angeles(CA) based PR and marketing firm Miles High Production it was an amazing experience to learn from Chip Schutzman, who is also the president and founder of Miles High Production. He was also involved in administrative work at his record label Down2Earth MusiK in Northcliff, Johannesburg. He quickly gained the knowledge and tools to take the music and media business bull by its horn. C’nky Siwela has served on a number of projects.
