wow, been about a month away from Soundcloud and so happy upon my return to see a new track from one of the folks I started following very early on. This is such a wonderful showcase of your playing and writing talents Richard. The melody lines are so lyrical, and  even just the sound on this is bang on gorgeous. really well done again!

I'm sorry y'all--this is another downer of a song with preachy lyrics but it's an idea that came up and demanded to be completed. 

The only side I take is the human one, but I couldn't have more contempt for the ostensible leaders of both Gaza and Israel who seek their own interests at the cost of so much suffering among innocents. Nothing good comes out of "Let's go kill some people."

An old song of mine that I've re-recorded recently. Its a tune I've always liked and has some special meaning as it was played at my dad's funeral.
I liked the original recording but this one's a little cleaner and more accurate.
There are four guitar parts, the main lead being played on my Santa Cruz.
