This is the second version of this set. the 1st one was 160bpm which was just too fast and ended up sounding like noise. 
the quality of sound isn't the best because, well, the tunes were produced in 1991-93 and the boomertech of that era was subpar compared to that of today. 

Early 90s rave, hardcore, techno.

boomercore lol. was pioneering and these tunes are just at the cusp of the genre splitting off into jungletechno, hardcore techno and trancetechno, to name but a few.
