He also mentors startup businesses, guiding them through the principles outlined in his book ‘Redesign’. preparation
Mix kosher salt with pepper. Brush the rim of an old fashioned glass with sesame oil and then dip into the pepper and salt mixture. Muddle cucumber and coriander in a shaker, add remaining ingredients and ice and double strain over ice into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and coriander.
