Tape One is focused on reflecting on the past to progress and discovering creative methods to advance the sound. This EP features two artists, Inzajeano and Marek Bartůněk, whose sounds frequently overlap. By utilizing old, broken analogue tape sounds, samples, and recordings, they combine these elements to create a Detroit-style, rolling, plunging, dubby house music style that strongly emphasizes 'the sound'.

This EP uses minimal elements, subdued and laidback beats with echo-laden production techniques which allow for a relaxed and meditative experience.
