They eat, breathe and live music since then, and worked on several music genres from Melbourne Bounce to Future House. When there's no good shit around you better form a band

KICK, from Italy, are Chiara Amalia Bernardini and Nicola Mora.

The duo's sound combines rough and captivating elements in what could ideally be called "sweet noise", that is a style of their own.

Their new album "Light Figures" was released on March 16, 2022 for Dischi Sotterranei (Italy), Anomic Records (Germany) and Sour Grapes (UK). Its production was curated together with Marco Fasolo (Jennifer Gentle, I Hate My Village).
The first single "Setting Tina", featuring Scott Reeder (historical member of Kyuss, now in Fireball Ministry) on bass, was released on July 5, 2021. In the following months, three other singles were extracted: “Sirens Never Sleep”, “Rubberlover”, and “Viole”. 

“Light Figures” represents a natural change of direction for the duo: the sounds become less electronic and on the other hand more analogue, minimal and at the same time heavy. An approach that reflects a heterogeneous background, able to embrace the hypnosis of trip hop as well as the harshness of the New York no-wave, up to stoner, desert rock and neo-psychedelia.

KICK's first album, "Mothers", was released in 2016. "Mothers" was followed by the EP "Post-Truth", released by Bello Records in 2018 with three single extracts.

Among their most noteworthy concerts, they opened for The Underground Youth at NoSilenz Festival (Italy) in 2019, played SoFar London in the same year, and 8MM Bar in Berlin in July 2022.
