With three appearances on Mathematics, and releases on Bio Rhythm, Until My Heart Stops, Isaiah Tapes and La Beaute Du Negatif, DeViere champions an uncompromising and fiercely eclectic music ethos.  Juno Plus describes DeViere's productions as exciting new mutations on the Detroit-informed side of machine music, working in dub techno influences amongst a gritty, Chicago-flavored finish that brims with curious, ear-snagging ideas.  As a resident DJ for the Progressive Black radio show, most recently on 90.3 FM WZBC, he is willing to venture from disco to house to techno and back again, all in a single set, but able to do so convincingly.
