Lawless Lands are a five piece hard rock band blending the dark and heavy riffs of Black Sabbath & the classic rock n roll vibes of Led Zeppelin with catchy hooks and choruses.

Formed in March 2015. Lawless Lands soon took to the stage to and began honing their craft. Managing to secure a place in the Final of the Godiva Calling Rock/Metal heats on the merit of their 3rd live performance against some stellar bands. People soon began to sit up and take notice. They followed this up shortly after with the release of their self titled debut EP to some great feedback. Since then Lawless Lands have been have been hitting the stage & rocking audiences at any opportunity.

Local boys Lawless Lands know how to get on the right side of MVM. Thin Lizzy shirts – as sported by one of their guitarists, Sean Barrett – always do it. Then there is their music, which is rather excellent too. “Face Of Stone” has a mighty hook, “Ascent Of Man” by contrast possesses an almost funky bass rumble. The band are capable of writing ballads too, as “Along The Way” proves. “The Huntress,” a new song they play, makes something else pretty clear: Lawless Lands are a band with plenty of ideas and the talent to match.
