Loving Kindness Meditation - Guided Meditations for a Peaceful Mind and Open Heart

This is a meditation to detach from thoughts and emotions perhaps following a difficult situation or experience. This can be used as a re-centering meditation to take a step back and step above the situation. Giving space to thoughts and emotions so you can breathe back into your rhythm. This is a brief meditation so it can be used in the moment to recalibrate. (I have other meditations to process thoughts and emotions themselves).

You call for the blessings of power of the rays of the sun and the God and Goddess of the sun from that ancient time through your lightbody into the time and space you originate from.
