- internal doubt is not necessary a bad thing. it is a form of humility which is a good thing
- fear of doubt keeps you up at night preparing
- that stops you from cutting corners. practice again, do it again. do every you can.

- it doesn't mean you lack confidence in what you are going to perform
- every iteration, drill, practice you do is going to drown out the negative chatter
- focus on what can you control and what you cannot control
- negative energy you put in cuts into your effectiveness
