What a night people, it was just like a movie! Nothing is more unpredictable than a Soundclash, yesterday prove it again !

🏆 Steady Wi Di Matic - Group A - Custom Mix

DJ / MC dancehall reggae afrobeats soca hip-hop ...

Since more than a decade, RDV is strongly promoting Jamaican musics in France with various activities. They are always ready to play, anytime, anywhere, where it is a jugglin dance or a soundclash ! The sound is also often organising dubplates sessions and have shown support for many upcoming artists - some of them had their big break since then! 

Created in 2005 by Thias and Pec in Tours (center of France), the sound will be joined in 2007 by Tom. Two members then moved to Paris and started give more exposure to the sound in the French capital.

The Reggae History is wide, just as Ride De Vibes selections. Everything is played : Ska, Roots, Rub-a-dub, Digital, New roots, Dancehall... You can of course add to that Hip-hop, RnB, Afrobeat, Soca ...

They are nonethless huge hardcore dancehall fans, and that is the motivation behind their monthly event "Up Like Friday" in Paris, running since October 2016. The party quickly became the place to be for all dancehall addicts.

The sound is still active in Tours with Pec playing every month at the "Outlaw Parties" with "La Smalla Connection" crew.

Although the soundclash scene is not very developped in France, Ride De Vibes was part of some of the major french clashes of these last years : "Center Cup" (Tours, on 2007), "Time fi clash" (Lyon, on 2014) and "Is Paris burning?" (Paris, on 2015). 

RDV made their debut alongside African Héritage (Tours) and Panam Sound (Paris) , making their first big scenes and recording their first dubplates. Since then, they have gone a long way, playing everywhere in France and representing on the international scene (Switzerland, England, Jamaica...).

Every summer, RDV is showing up at the "Aucard Festival" in Tours and at the famous "Fête de L'Humanité" in Paris which gathers every year more than 500 000 people.

They also toured with several artists like Joseph Cotton, Cham, Spice, Brahim, Bazil ... Bazil is one of the artists the sound had supported over the years, just like Gappy Ranks from UK or jamaican artists Tiana, Charly Black, and Iba Mahr which first official mixtape was done. More recently, they focused on Jamaica newest female sensation Shensea.

This is Ride Di Vibes : always up to something new, as long it is good !

Débute en sound system en 2002 avec Daddy Germain ''Madikera Sound System''.
Il se lance dans la création de Stone Faya fin 2009 et commence à composer des riddims.
il est rejoint par trois chanteurs, 'Frère Fred aka Innocent Man', 'Mc Sanka' et 'King Ayah' qui a quitté le sound en 2018.

French Reggae/Dancehall Sound Crew since 2005!!!!!!

Crée au début de l’année 2011, l’Association IRIE SOUND a vu le jour quand le sound system rouennais
officiant sous le même nom décida de structurer ses activités et professionnaliser ses passions.
L’Association est d’ores et déjà active sur différents domaines relatifs à l’émergence de la culture musicale sur Rouen et la Région Normande.
Dans un premier temps, elle a pour but de créer le lien entre les artistes reggae/dancehall francophones
ou internationaux et les différentes structures susceptibles de les accueillir.
De plus, elle travaille tous les jours quant à la promotion de jeunes artistes par la participation à des premières parties d’artistes renommés, à la
distribution de leur projet et la structuration de leurs travaux.
Irie Sound System est reconnu comme l'un des Sound les plus actifs dans la Région Normande grâcenotamment à l’organisation de la venue à Rouen
de nombreux artistes comme: Konshens, Gyptian, Jah Cure, Fantan Mojah, Popcaan, Rdx, Aidonia, Mr Vegas, Kalash, Admiral T Lyricson, Daddy Mory,Yanniss Odua, Beenie Man,Paille, Neg Marrons,
