In Memoriam and as a Lasting Tribute to the Late Great, Allen Bailey....Gone, but Never Forgotten. This is a wonderful Allen Bailey Original Tune that I just loved from the moment I first heard it. I sent some ideas for a Collab contribution to Allen, and he graciously re-recorded to allow me to better integrate my vocals, guitar, drums, etc... We liked how it sounded, and then Gabe Vanore of VanGabriel Production took this one to another level for us. Thanks, Allen and Gabe for pushing this one down the rails, and for letting me ride this rather magical train. I feel genuinely privileged to have been a contributor on this joyful project.

Milco Huisman, initially asked me about adding some of his superb flute music to my version of this Traditional song. I was honored and most enthused to oblige his request. Makavox, also added some jazzy, bass-y keyboard work, as well. Thus, we created somewhat of a Jethro Tull-style version and one of the few renditions of this song featuring a flute. Thank you, Friends, for your hauntingly beautiful contributions. This little ReMiX freshens it up almost three years later! Hope it's still enjoyed. So, I used his lyrics to inspire a few revisions, then created/edited this Original musical arrangement, along with BIAB Backing Tracks, played and recorded my guitar, Djembe/Shakers, vocals, and mixed it all up. Sunny Beaches

Started with a few simple tracks - vocals, my Martin Acoustic, a little backing vocal, and some quiet harp texturing. Marc Elluse wrapped my tracks with his luscious guitar work and tweaked a mix that just blew my mind. I'm so very proud to be part of this project and cannot say enough about the creativity and skill Marc brought to make this a recognizable cover, but a totally unique one, as well. We didn't want a sub-par soundalike version of this Classic Rock masterpiece. MakaVox Sax (jazzy key synth) in the mix, as well. :D
