Sydney is lucky enough to be the base for two insanely talented DJs and producers E-Cats and John Glover- collaboratively known as Glovecats. Boasting an outrage on bass and dubstep, these two unique musical pioneers wont lie down on the sound they bring together all but too well. With a combined fourteen years of DJ experience and two years together in the studio- Glovecats have got a thing or two to scream about.

Immersed in what Australia does best- music, Glovecats take a seamless approach to a symphonic creation and boast a dirty, underground masterpiece. Amalgamating the heaving sounds of bass driven electro with a string ofdubstep, there is no denying Sydney’s downright industry drivers are in full throttle. Drawing on the bass genre’s soaring icons Rusko, Skream, Benga and Caspa, E-Cats and Glover syringe assets from these superstars, pumping inspiration into the music that leaves their studio. Signed to Australia’s pioneering label Onelove, Glovecats have taken the music by storm proving a fusion of two talents creates one massive success story. They have sat pretty,officially remixing Crazy White boy’s Showed Me The Waygiving Onelove’s dubstep hues the invasion it deserved-literally. On the back of their third Dubstep Invasioncompilation with the label, Glovecats have kept the kids jumping taking on the national tours for all three releases.

Owning booths around the country these cool cats are embracing the demand with shows at Shape in Perth, Brisbane’s Fampire and Electric Circus Adelaide. Sydney is always the hometown hit with shows at Chinese Laundry and most popular their own weekly gathering at World Bar-The Wall, proving themselves on the hit of Sydney’s first weekly dubstep night. With shows so large, Glovecats have taken ownership even further ensuring the beats arealways pumping at Australia’s hottest festivals Stereosonic, Creamfields, Parklife, Foreshore and bass haven- Big Ape. The list goes on. It’s on these bills thatthese guys have taken the opportunity to spin in the same booths as Skream, Nero, Skrillex, Datsik and Flux Pavilion, where their inspiration has catapulted every time.
With summer on the approach, keep the ears peeled and the eyes on the stage because Glovecats are keeping the vibes high.

Broadcasted through every stereo, the Dark Lord of the Top 40 spread’s his P!nk propaganda, corrupting the minds of the weak, and disturbing others. Nothing is left untouched by the filth –not even puppies. Plagued by Mylie Cyrus and Rebecca black, the city’s inhabitants cry out for a saviour. No longer will they put their hands up for Detroit. They need something more. This city needs a hero. Meanwhile, back at FakeClub headquarters, four men dared to dream of a better world. They realised that with their powers combined they might just stand a chance. And almost like a divine intervention, the prayers of the people were answered. Through the power and might of It’s Rain, Elmo is Dead, Jace Disgrace and Granger Danger, the Fake BratPack was formed. Banding together, this underground vigilante syndicate fights back to topple the Dark Lord’s rule, and end his reign of terror once and for all

Based in the beautiful and vibrant city of Madrid, Spanish DJ and Producer Extraordinaire - Rayko has been a leading light in the clubbing scene around Europe and beyond, since he founded his magnificent Rare Wiri label in 2008 where he has released some of the coolest names out there during all these years like Daniele Baldelli, Man Parrish, Gazeebo, Ilija Rudman, Ichisan, Spirit Catcher, Mushrooms Project, or Eric Duncan among many others

His very unique sound and personality, and incredible work ethic, coupled with  unstoppable creative genius have given Rayko the momentum and consistency to stack up a number of great achievements in his genres, although being such a humble and down to earth guy, he will tell you that he just loves what he does and is perpetually inspired to keep on doing it! 

Deeply rooted in the golden era of the ‘70s and ‘80s, Rayko’s influences are masterfully interpreted and transformed into modern day dancefloor bombs with great vision. His love affair with the evolution of synthesizers and vintage drum machines has gone on to heavily fuel his sound today, in addition to sonic desires of 80s Rock evident in his catalogue, that displays such exquisite musical versatility. 

Rayko is very proud to have featured on over fifty great vinyl releases, spread across labels such as Eskimo, Is it Balearic?, Whisky Disco, Lumberjacks in Hell, and Editorial, including two studio albums on Nang Recordings, in addition to over two hundred digital releases. Many of these titles have been repeatedly featured in Top 10 sales charts, with some releases making it to the coveted number one position on platforms like Juno Download, Beatport, and Traxsource. His talents as a remixer have been in constant high demand, with invitations from coveted Artists like Psychemagik, Sirs, In Flagranti, Roberto Rodriguez, or Dj Rocca, to name a few, calling upon his exceptional skills.

In his capacity as DJ, Rayko is much loved wherever he goes. He has toured extensively, having played in some of the best clubs and festivals all over the world,  from London, Berlin, San Diego, Ibiza, Paris, Milan, San Francisco, Tulum, Barcelona, Manchester, Los Angeles, Medellin, Cairo, Miami, Istanbul, Moscow, Tokyo, Mexico City, Liverpool, Oslo, Rio de Janeiro, Bali, to Lebanon and beyond, he continues to show love to his huge following, who are collectively responsible for  his incredible global streaming numbers of over six million plays on Spotify, Soundcloud and YouTube.

As his fantastic catalogue continues to expand through the years, Rayko has become one of the most loved names in modern Disco.

Bynar is a music producer and DJ exploring the darker edges of post-punk, indie rock, goth, and electronic music. He has released two concept albums (Eldritch Dreams and Underneath the Void) reimagining the cosmic horror of H. P. Lovecraft through a modern post-punk lens.

He also curates the Indie Disco podcast, showcasing indie, post-punk, shoegaze, new wave, and dark alternative music.
