Pascal Nuzzo “Rising” - Nuzzo is an innovator, and he displays an impressive range with “Rising,” a track that seems to take good cues from its title out of the gate. After starting with a minimalist beat, Nuzzo invites in an array of different sounds, slowly introducing more and more animals to the menagerie before taking off with a slow synth beat that alternates with the higher pitches gracefully. The bridge ups the BPMs to almost double-time duty before taking the whole to a faster beat that rises to the forefront. The balance of so many different sounds is masterful, taking turns with each other in a way that never overwhelms either side before leaving us with a tempo that has to be matching the heartbeats of anyone who’s been dancing along.

Loose Records presents a raw and jackin' techno single by Lizz V, which has industrial textures, and an all-female remix package including Neila Edel and GLIA.

Lizz V is a Dutch artist from Haarlem, and she is making her debut on Loose Records following a release on the record labels sister imprint Unrilis. She is an emerging talent who describes her style as "echoes of an industrial world merge seamlessly with enchanting melodies, creating a harmonious blend of grit and grace." Her music has also been released by TRecords.

On remix duty, Neila Edel is an Italian artist whose music is inspired by people such as Jeff Mills and Len Faki. Her sound is an exploration of energy and depth, and she is back on Loose after a previous release on the record label charted inside of Beatport's Top 100 Raw Techno chart.

Neila Edel's remix of "Voicemail" is a stripped back version with streamlined drums creating a hypnotic version.

"Voicemail" is the solo original track on the release, and it combines juddering synths with trippy vocals and mechanical drum patterns. Neila Edel's remix of "Voicemail" is a stripped back version with streamlined drums creating a hypnotic version. About Convoke

Convoke is a UK techno producer. He started recording electronica, rave and techno tracks back in the early 90's for labels such as Groove as you Move, Immortal, Cabal Recordings and Mass of Black. Between 1998 and 2003 he co-ran Detroit techno inspired Stripe Records and breakbeat/electro label Circular Orbit Records recording and producing under aliases Parsec, Lunar, ArCoN, Bizarre Groove & Phon. Now back in the studio as Convoke fusing infectious beats, euphoric melodies and pulsating energy, Convoke's music transcends genre boundaries and takes listeners on a sonic dancefloor journey like no other.
