Layered, distorted synth sounds, shifting percussive patterns, a blunt kick drum and fat sub- bass – these are the elements that make up the Goa genre. And it's exactly these elements that Drumcomplex uses in his new track "Goa", released on Simina Grigoriu's Kuukou Records. It's a techno banger nonetheless – a kind of case study of Goa music.
