With that in mind, we spent weeks digging through our collections and picking out our favorite records that have that soulful, transcendent feel. As is Hazy custom, we played two 50ish-minute sets which we have spliced together into a joyous, uplifting two-hour mix for your listening pleasure. How is the mix reflecting your current music taste?
I always try to record mixes with a large variety of genres, so this mix moves from zouk and afro to italo and more classic disco. Still, I can go through some periods where I focus more on a genre, which is the case here with Zouk and Freestyle (latin / synth-pop genre from the late 80s).
