Les Fils de Jacob woke up from their slumber as a duo to gift us with an extensive mix that meanders back and forth the dark corners of their exceptional selection. Wisely combining tempos and sonic latitudes, their contribution to our series is the very expression of the sound they explore and present to the world via their diverse projects.

Antoine and Charles, integrants of the duo, are a quintessential part of the French underground electronic music scene. Whether it is behind the forward-looking Positive Education festival or the colorful Worst Records label, they are continuously fostering the dynamism and growth of their local scene. Supportive of up-and-coming acts and ever-educating, they are pillars of a compelling movement and a specific sound harboured in the streets of Saint-Etienne. 

Dive in for a deep and hypnotic end of summer.

Here we have an incredible edition in our Bleep Mix Series from Martin Haidinger aka Gimmik, one half of Abfahrt Hinwil alongside Chris Cunningham. Morphing from the pioneering work of Eliane Radigue through IDM styles of Miles Tilmann on Toytronic, minimal techno from G-Man and seminal dub techno from Maurizio. Featured later on in the mix we have more work from Gimmik alongside tracks from the recently reissued @abfahrthinwil album Links Berge Rechts Seen.

The White Hotel P13 X Timedance 5 years party Feb 2020 w Loraine James + Batu 

Before COVID 19 dominated our lives it used to be socially acceptable (encouraged?) for a couple hundred people to be sweating on top of each other at 6 a.m on a Salford industrial estate, how times have changed.

At the start of the year after a couple months of touring i felt like i had managed to build up a specific aesthetic with my djing that this club set captured pretty well. Those closing hours of the party are often the ones I feel most comfortable in and The White Hotel is probably the best venue in the country, these factors combined made this show my favorite of 2020 (all 3 months of it) 

We managed to get the first couple hours of my set recorded so here is an excerpt from the evening.

Rough and ready with bags of energy, I hope u enjoy it as much as i did, much love to the stamina cru for staying with me.
