"We knew to expect something unusual when Le Lion offered us this 5 track EP, and he did not disappoint. This sporadic five tracker is a combination of super crunchy arrangements letting syncopation run wild. Organic drum stutters and glitchy synthetic textures are the main focus. Clearlight offers a stripped back version for the final track that includes a haunting bassline and an overall militant tone. It's one of the most abstract accomplishments of Le Lion's work we've heard in a while."
