I walk into the night
the night is so beautiful
as beautiful as you
you are still there
there in my dreams
looking at me and grinning
you grin and cry at the same time
at the same time .... beautiful and totally distorted
distorted like the night
the night where everything ends
where the end is final
and where the final is the end

In the course of time
the time we had left
nothing remained as it was
was only illusion
an illusion of life
the life that never existed
there was no reality
reality .... all only dreams
dreams and fantasies of joy
joy that passes too quickly in the night
the night is over
the end is true
the truth is over

in the course of eternity
eternally alone
alone at the edge of the jungle
the jungle of the city
a city that never sleeps
I have slept away
me and my music
music that saves me
saved in the core
the core that holds me
held by compresses
compresses around the heart
a heart of this night
the night that never ends
an end without meaning
there is no sense
