New Sunday Best signing Laucan has shared the first in a series of remixes of new single, 'Symptom', which comes from his forthcoming debut album, FramesPerSecond. The single is backed up with remixes from 'Millionhands' head honcho and recent 'Aus Music' signing Tee Mango, Berlin-based Edmondson - who’s releases on Hypercolour and his own imprint Lissoms have seen support across the spectrum - from rattling in Panorama bar, the Radio 1 airwaves and all in between. And finally Southern Fried Records’ exciting newcomer, Jona Sul.

Funnuvojere is the new imprint founded by Massimiliano Pagliara. Now marking his third album release, after countless remixes and EPs, the Panorama Bar resident widens the horizon of his musical contributions by launching a label “deep as the ocean” as the name suggests, and open to different musical genres.The first instalment comes from James Booth. Known also as The Gardener and North Vest, the Manchester born producer has been known for his distinctive deep sound very dear to Los Angeles based imprint 100% Silk and Hamburg's Growing Bin Records that released his latest LP in 2017.“Bath Time” is a thrillingly deep-cosmic cut rich in melodies and emotions. The EP starts off with aspaced-out, italo classic cut where form assumes a different dimension as the music layers intertwine in an everlasting flow. If the title track seems ironically like a perfect place to start a party night, “Roller Chrome” is an emotional ballad for hopeful dance floors; while “Such Is Life” is a nostalgic piece of balearic tradition.

Taken from the 4 track vinyl EP on the excellent @notananimalrecords label Japanese producer @que-sakamoto Kamakura is a superb slice of funk heavy slo mo house. Smooth keys and robotic synths come together beautifully to create a chuggin dancefloor jam of the highest order.

LV Premier - Que Sakamoto - Kamakura [Not An Animal]

Back on the Riotvan with the third installment already, it is the ever on point https://soundcloud.com/llewellynmusic, still being the more extroverted Synth/Wave/NeoDisco-alter ego of Lake People - that just as a minor gloss for those who've been living under a rock over the last years. On "These Days" we see him further elaborate his distinctive signature sound, more than ever brimming with confidence and splendour. 

Exhibit A goes by the name "These Days (Don't Make Me Wait)" and instantly wins over the hearts of listeners and dancers alike by its driving, yet utmost elegant appearance. A slapping beat and dream-like pads get played about by a delightful piano improvisation and refined by amazement-triggering adlibs and vocal-excerpts. There you have it: the Indie-Dance-hymn of the season, bathing open air floors everywhere in streams of joy and collective rapture.

Then there is "I Wish I Could Have Seen It All" that in all detail emphasizes on classy Italo Disco-leanings, without compromising on current standards of production craftsmanship and all the requirements to get a crowd moving. That irresistible Funk driven synthbass just being one of them.

Closing things off, it's "Fleshed Out", presenting hissy snares, hi-hat-teasing plus a slightly off-beat arrangement, introducing a stardust powdered lead arpeggio synth and a plain compelling boost of energy and driving dynamic.
