Chris Kaz from London, UK, is an enigmatic and poly-mathematic and prodigious artist who plays and records all his instruments live. With this, an achingly beautiful and decidedly avant garde work called "The Collision Of The Spheres", the listener is invited to dive deep and delves into his internal world free from preconceptions.
After spending over a decade traversing London's vibrant underground as a record producer and independent label owner, (most recently as the owner of the meteoric Perth Records Illuminated label) Kazolides, the music maker has assuredly arrived at a place where his stunning experimental live recordings appear as complete and uncompromising finished productions. Tackling similar ecological and spiritual themes, Kazolides in this guise seems to present as a rogue incarnation of iconic composers Genioh Yamashirogumi or Hiroshi Yoshirmura, by way of Nicholas Jaar.
