Press the "load" button, and play the audio file from the computer into the poly 800. if you get an error, try adjusting the volume. If the data was successfully loaded the display will say "GOOD. "This will erase the entire patch memory and replace it with the factory patches. Make sure to backup your patches before resetting the patches to the factory preset.
