This soundfile worked to reset my Poly-800 when others didn't. Got an error on high setting, but it worked on low. Thanks for posting this!

Instructions:
Just plug the headphone, speaker, or audio interface output jack from your computer into the Korg Poly 61's "From Tape." Switch "Enable Tape" to "Enable," push the "Load" button, and play the preset data. If the data was successfully loaded the display should say "GOOD."

plug "audio out" from your headphone, speaker, or audio interface into the korg poly 800 "tape in" using a standard audio cable. setup poly 800 to receive tape mode. Press the "load" button, and play the audio file from the computer into the poly 800. if you get an error, try adjusting the volume. If the data was successfully loaded the display will say "GOOD. "This will erase the entire patch memory and replace it with the factory patches. Make sure to backup your patches before resetting the patches to the factory preset.

Get the Soundcloud file ready to play, and connect a cable from your audio output from your computer to the CASSETTE LOAD jack on the 106. Select the bank group you want to load (A or B), hit the LOAD button and then start the playback.
