This here is a compilation of music by some of my favourite artists from Australia and New Zealand. Some artists have moved overseas, some have moved to Australia. 

I decided to compile this mix as a way for music fans to discover some of the artists that aren't currently taking over the world, I hope they all do soon. Some of the tracks a few years old and some are recent, overall they are hella lovely.

Solid Steel (26th September) Berlin duo Kim Brown are the guests in Hour 1, having released music on Freerange, Permanent Vacation, Just Another Beat and a recent 12" on Needwant Recordings. As they say "We did something a bit different, not quite the regular club mix. Well suited for rainy autumn days." It's a mellow start with music from Porn Sword Tobacco and Hauscka on City Slang, but soon hits a groove with tracks from Kiasmos,  Grandbrothers and Jouem, before closing with The Notwist.
