The First Movement – A Warrior’s Journey Begins
Andante in C Minor, Op. 3 No. 1:
The opening movement of my album begins with a bold and commanding musical subject, introduced powerfully by the Double Bass. This foundation grows as the celli join in, weaving layers of intensity and momentum. The brass then enters with grandeur, elevating the scene into something truly cinematic. Only then do the violins and violas enter, adding clarity, motion, and emotional colour to the unfolding scene.
This movement tells the story of a warrior riding fearlessly across the horizon — a journey shaped by courage, determination, and a spirit that refuses to yield. Each instrument carries a part of his path, echoing the rhythm of his heartbeat and the power of his stride.

Ritayan Biswas is an Indian pianist and composer who performed in various concerts. He is the founder of Bengal Music Academy and has more than 10 years of teaching experience. After completing his MCA (Master of Computer Application) from BIT (Bengal Institute of Technology), he decided to pursue music as a career .
