El Album ¨This is Electropical¨ es un all star de una cuidadosa selección de productores, en su mayoría de Latinoamérica, que buscan explorar en una diversa gama de ritmos electrónicos Afro-Latinos, con un aire tropical, un toque psicodélico y por supuesto muy bailable. Un disco que propone exploración e innovación en estos géneros, sin miedo a ¨cometer errores¨ o perderse ante lo desconocido.

Dentro del abanico sonoro del disco resaltan ritmos como el: dembow electrónico, cumbia digital, downtempo, toques de folktrónica, afro house y por supuesto mucha psicodelia tropical. Un disco lleno de vanguardia que invitamos a escuchar detenidamente, ya que ha sido creado mirando al futuro y sin necesariamente buscar agradar al ya saturadisimo mercado de la música electrónica actual, sino más bien invitar a su audiencia aventurarse a descubrir un Universo lleno de colores, ideas y ritmos inesperados, varios de los cuales bien podrían ser parte de la música electrónica del futuro.

The album ¨This is Electropical¨ is an all star album of a careful selection of producers, mostly from Latin America, who seek to explore a diverse range of Afro-Latin electronic rhythms, with a tropical feel, a psychedelic touch and of course pointed to the dancefloor. An album that proposes exploration and innovation in these genres, without fear of “making mistakes” or getting lost in the unknown.

Within the sound range of the album, rhythms such as electronic dembow, digital cumbia, downtempo, touches of folktronica, afro house and of course a lot of tropical psychedelia stand out. An album full of avant-garde that we invite you to listen to carefully, as it has been created looking to the future and without necessarily seeking to please the already saturated market of electronic music today, but rather to invite its audience to venture to discover a universe full of colors, ideas and unexpected rhythms, several of which could well be part of the electronic music of the future.

Welcome to Bagualas de Luna, an organic electronic EP crafted by Mutul and the talented Argentine musician Sendero Brujo, released under ÜNAM's label, The Magic Sun. This EP is an exceptional fusion of rhythm, immersive melodies, and folk touches with a solid electronic groove , inviting listeners into a soundscape that is both introspective and deeply connected to nature and dance.

In the original mix, Bagualas de Luna opens with a serene, ambient feel, blending delicate folk-infused melodies with organic textures that create a soothing atmosphere. As the track progresses, it gains rhythmic depth and melodic richness, leading listeners into a trance-like state. It gradually winds down, blending lingering melodies with soft percussion, evoking the timeless beauty of nature and human connection.

The ÜNAM & Morgan Dope remix adds an energetic and pulsating twist, introducing a deeper beat that immediately captivates. It balances the original’s folk-inspired elements with a crisp electronic rhythm, and midway, the remix drifts into a meditative passage bringing a dreamlike quality that invites reflection. The track builds up again with driving percussion and ethereal melodies into explosive dance and emotional end, getting on a high energy that lingers long after the final beat.

In a special touch, the Arteforma “Mystic” remix takes the EP’s depth to another level, layering in ambient textures and downtempo beats that feel like an exploration of mystical and introspective realms. Arteforma weaves a hypnotic vibe that complements the EP’s essence.

This EP is a journey between the earthbound and the ethereal, paying homage to Argentina’s roots with a fresh take on organic electronic music that invites listeners to connect, reflect, and immerse themselves in a soundscape as vast as it is intimate.

The rising Trio VALENTIN, DAN BAY and LE RUBRIQUE are back with a breathtaking unplugged version of their song „Hi & Bye“.

This time they collaborated with the Berlin-based Cellist BISON ROUGE, who adds an intense melancholic depth to the original electronic ballad. Her Cello is accompanied by the unique sound of a handpan and ethnic instruments like the dunun, rainmakers as well as carefully chosen shakers. On top of that classic synth sounds and drum machines create a pulsing, modern atmosphere. 

The lyrics by singer VALENTIN describe the bittersweet emotional tug-of-war between letting go and holding on during the painful end of a romantic relationship. Everything is distilled into a brief moment of reunion "just to say bye," coupled with the realization that there will never truly be an end to this love.
