Feemarx has had a 10-year career DJ-ing and producing, playing to the most engaged people in Northeast Brazil/Recife electronic scene.

His roots are planted in Techno and Deep-house, and he plays at festivals including D-edge Records Showcase and on the infamous Warung tour, and he is the Co-founder of this fine music label Not Another Music.

'Dusted' is a percussive filthy workout, with plenty of energy and drive, crazy cool fx and noises add to the mix, before an infectious arpeggiator takes the track up again. Just when you think you've peaked the big riff lands taking this track in to peak time crwod mayhem causing territories!

Danny Oliveira steps up on remix duties, utilising the power and punch from the original, tweaking the parts and adding some serious energy, whilst lacing melodious overtones to this tasty workout!

'Gramame' is a dirty slab of melodic dance floor action, for those peak time moments. Here we f ind warmth meeting darkness, and certainly packing a bit of a punch here, backed with bouts of low end for added oomph!

Morttagua is on remix duties next, and we are treated to a rounded melodic peak time techno re-touch. Big and bold and will do the business big time!

The B Side « Snooker » is showing a different part of Ikarius' talent. This one is a peak time dancefloor killer based on a heavy tom bassline with hypnotic synths. 

Two remixers are on board this time :
Pavel Petrov from Bulgaria is showing is talent with a massive rework of Time.His techier approach is doing the business with his magical groove touch and he has put some Ethnic sounds into a wonderful breakdown.

Rafael Cerato came with a switch of Snooker, putting an Afro vibe with his own percussion vibe and a traditional moog vibe to get a totally different version of the original track.

Booka Shade welcome Italian live act Pôngo to Blaufield this February as the duo make their debut appearance on the label with ‘So Many Words’. 
Based in Pisa, Italian production partners and brothers Giovanni and Daniele Bruni aka Pôngo have quickly become rising names of note, balancing both vibrant DJ sets with expansive, refined live performances across Europe and beyond. Following releases on Stereo MC’s London based imprint Connected, finding key support from artists including Solomun, Joris Voorn and Kölsch, the duo now turns their attention to a debut outing on Booka Shade’s Blaufield to open 2019, with three dynamic cuts in forming their ‘So Many Words’ EP. Title track ‘So Many Words’ opens proceedings as the duo combine crisp percussion shots, trademark vocals and pulsating bassline patterns to great effect, before ‘Strong’ builds around further infectious vocals with powerful synth builds and rich yet icy tones. Last up, ‘When You Come’ rounds out proceedings, revealing evolving lead melodies, suspenseful breaks and sweeping synths to shape up the EP.

Australian duo Arm In Arm return to Blaufield Music in late March to reveal their latest single ‘Hunger For Your Vibe’, accompanied by a remix from Stil Vor Talent favourites Moonwalk.

Melbourne based duo Arm In Arm aka Eliza Jacobs and Luke Moore-Martin emerged onto the worldwide scene last year after being discovered by Booka Shade, revealing their debut single ‘Nightfly’ on Blaufield Music in September accompanied by a remix from the label bosses themselves. Having received a wealth of support from a host of international names, reaching #3 in Beatport’s Melodic House & Techno release chart in the process, the duo now return with their latest single ‘Hunger For Your Vibe’ ahead of their two forthcoming support dates as part of Booka Shade’s 2019 AUS & NZ Tour, describing the track’s core influence as ‘the feeling about something or someone that draws you in’.

Arm In Arm’s original opens the EP as infectious vocal hooks go to work amongst escalating lead melodies and low end tones, whilst Neapolitan pairing Moonwalk’s interpretation fuses dramatic builds, warping basslines and ethereal tones throughout, with the package punctuated by a radio edit of the original cut.

Marking a milestone for their fledgling label, Adana Twins present the very first Various Artists compilation to be released on TAU. ‘Spektrum’ comprises eight fresh cuts from a diverse lineup of artists representing the Twins’ community of friends and musical acquaintances. In keeping with TAU’s ethos there are lesser-known talents side by side with more established exponents of the underground.

The VA kicks off with the Adana Twins themselves, delivering the melodrama on a cut named ‘Jumanji’. The rhythm is simple yet deadly, with a juddering low end and spinetingling synth lines. The tension builds gently, until we reach a crescendo towards the end of the track. Innellea is next with ‘The Things We’ve Accomplished Together’, a dark cut underpinned by a dour atmosphere. The main riff feels familiar as it increases the pressure, rousing you into a state of ecstatic energy. Ede & John Falke take us into dark wave territory with their moody cut, which feels as though it’s come straight from eighties synth heaven. Next we take a trip into the humid canopies of the jungle with Santiago Garcia & Speaking In Tongues. ‘Lost In A Jungle’ features a myriad of exotic sounds, tribal rhythms and percussion straight out of the Amazon. Enchanting mysti- cism and wild allure make this one a very special cut indeed.

Track 5 is Mulya & Sobek’s ‘Upfront Venture’, a simmering journey into the depths. A modulated low end grumbles and snarls, increasing the tension alongside a dainty riff. Steadily building into a breakdown that will send shivers down your spine. This is followed by more tribal-inspired music, this time from Nenor & Eyal Rob who use indigenous vocal clips and organic-sounding drums to create a mesmerising composition on ‘Odehya Nbiya’. Luis Junior plays with our minds on ‘Tuning Instruments’, a playful motif forms the main body of this cut, which is twisted and warped during an epic breakdown, before we’re treated to a soothing bassline. Last up, German don Daniel Bortz takes us ‘Down To The Moon’ with an exquisite roller full of dreamy atmospherics and laid back vibes. A fitting finale to an excellent collection of music.

Gunther Robles hails from Mexico City where he played at the best clubs, sharing decks with Deep Dish, Danny Tenaglia, Satoshi Tomiie, Nic Fanciulli, James Holden, Dave Seaman, Silicone Soul, Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo, & Danny Howells, to name a few. Eventually, he played around the world in Berlin, Ibiza, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris, & Tel Aviv at venues such as Burg Schnabel, Sankeys, Eden, Es Paradis, Panama Club, and City Hall. Since 2013, Gunther is based in Ibiza with residencies at Coco Beach Club, Jockey Club and Villa Mercedes (Mambo Group) and he boasts releases on labels such as Push Push Music, Natural Rhythm, and Bonzai. 

His new EP on Chrom Recordings contains 3 original tracks. The title track Dark Prince offers up a percussion-rich cut with a grindy bassline with the slightly darker synth-laden remix coming from a fellow Mexican talent.

For the remix of Dark Prince, we looked for a common connection which led us to Neftali Blasko, an established dj and producer, also from Mexico. Neftali stands for deep sounds focused on the dancefloor and that’s what he delivers. He’s played in many of the top clubs in Mexico, South America, and Europe. With productions on labels such as Sounds Of Earth, One Of A Kind, Mirabilis, Stripped, Balkan Connection, and Yin, Neftali also hosts his own monthly show on FriskyRadio called Deep District, and is a key member of the Sounds of Earth Agency.

The second remix comes from Balad, who turned Oxe into a totally different direction. Lovely mesmerizing vocals glide over a never-ending melody. When it is accompanied by a smooth bassline and a warm ethereal pad, the dream is complete. Just at the moment when you can't drift further away from reality, he lets the bassline growl making them work in perfect symbiosis with a spacy brass. Balad definitely hit the right spot in this wonderful creation!
