Empezamos un nuevo año en DJ Mag España y para la ocasión nos complace hacerlo de la mano de Mind Against.

Mind Against es un dúo de DJ y productores italianos que ha ganado reconocimiento internacional por su contribución excepcional al mundo de la música electrónica. Formado por Alessandro Fognini y Federico Fognini, los hermanos han forjado su propio camino en la escena electrónica, destacándose por su estilo distintivo y emotivo. Recientemente han presentado HABITAT, el nuevo sello discográfico del dúo basado en la música, el arte y la tecnología. Además, próximamente presentarán los shows AV del mismo y en DJ Mag España nos hemos sentado a charlar con ellos para que nos cuenten más acerca de este nuevo proyecto, de cómo han fue el pasado 2023 y de cómo se presenta este nuevo año.

Based in Barcelona armed with an endless House & Techno collection, Rivellino is exposing his very own musical point of view. Dynamic basslines, vibrant percussions, and atmospheric synths make their sets a space trip between solid grooves.

His music and particular style of building a live set has led him to play in major events alongside big names such as @MaceoPlex, @VITALICofficial, @Mathame, @dj_ANNA, @RodriguezJrmusic, @SebastienLeger, @Undercatt, @FurCoatmusic, @KevindeVries, @Sailorandi, and @Fedelemusic just to name a few, in festivals and important clubs in North America, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Morocco, Perú, Colombia, Andorra, Ibiza and Holland at ADE @AmsterdamDanceEvent.

Rivellino has been pushing the underground scene since 2013 by hosting a weekly radio show “Bloom Records Podcast” with @Golan-Zocher, which showcases the genuine compilation of concepts of the hottest producers in the global scene.

Rivellino is a founder of Valhalla Music concept in Spain, where he plays and promotes serious events in the region at top venues like Razzmatazz, Sala Apolo, La Terrrazza Barcelona, Pacha Barcelona, Atlantic Club, Macarena Club, City Hall, Café del Mar, R33, Sala Upload (Poble Espanyol) and CDLC, along great artists such as @Undercatt, @Yubik, @FurCoatmusic, @Toto-Chiavetta, @Nanduofficial, @KevindeVries, @Lehar-music, @SantiagoGarcia, @Ivory_tower, @AdamTen, @Mita-Gami and many more. Also outside of Barcelona in clubs like Baalsaal (Hamburg), Bahrein and Niceto (Buenos Aires), Sala Kabron and Sonido Central (Cali, Colombia), Aperture and Malibu (Ibiza), Selva Club (Mallorca), Hangar48 (Madrid) and Robert Goodmann (Vienna). 

As main highlights, Rivellino reached Indie Dance Beatport Top #100 with his EP Stay Low and with his last EP Gotta Cry with @juanitostate and @johncala Top #26 on Melodic House & Techno, also Top #10 on Progressive House with his EP "Midnight Storm" feat @KamiloSanclemente on Beatfreak Recordings. He also has collaborations & remixes with @dabeat_music and @Modeplex, with successful releases on renowned labels such as Bar25's new Indie Dance Label TalkTalk Records, Re:Sound, Beatfreak, Sounguara and more. 

Supported by Solomun, Raxon, Jamie Jones, Jimi Jules, Raxon, Camelphat, Edu Imbernon, Blond:ish, Black Coffee, Eelke Kleijn, Marco Faraone, Brina Knauss & more. 

You can find him as a resident DJ at Pacha Barcelona on Avalon nights plus at Les Enfants Brillants (Day Events) and Atlantic Club with Valhalla events.
