Billy SouL, song writer, performer.  Born in Hong Kong raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, currently reside in the Pacific Northwest.  Fell in love with Hip Hop back in 94.  Started writing in 99 with a simple goal of hearing himself through some speakers.  Fast forward with music now has played in 60+ countries and work with many talented producers and MC's across the globe.  it's safe to say he went beyond his expectation.   And there is no sign of slowing down.
