bravo charlio is a songwriter/musician based in Bristol, UK. Having started performing and writing as part of bands in the late 1990s and beyond, he took some time out to reflect and refocus and is back writing and producing as a solo artist with a renewed desire to share his perspective.

bravo charlio's musical style is a captivating blend of several genres, creating a unique and evocative sound.  Drawing inspiration from the Britpop era, his songs have a nostalgic feel. The new wave influence adds a layer of synth-driven sounds and upbeat rhythms and the jangly guitar riffs give his tracks a vibrant and dynamic quality, similar to the sounds of The Smiths and early U2. All built upon the foundations of the Stax & Atlantic soul records of the 1960s & 1970s
