rMell, also known as Meezi, is a self-described ‘90s baby that distills the essence of soulful, sample-based backpack rap into contemporary multimedia art. Based in Brooklyn by way of Clinton, Maryland, Rahmell Green grew up living on the Mason-Dixon line, which he describes as “a place with city sensibilities based in the middle of nowhere.” The self-taught rapper and producer came up during the blog era and began producing at a young age, after a 9th Wonder video on YouTube inspired him to download FL Studio. “If I can do it, I will.”

I am, XIANNE-XI (pronounced Cheyenne-She) a Maryland mixed indigenous poet, songwriter, producer, and mother who is passionate about blending soundtrack worthy works with deep consciousness. I pride myself on developing sounds that help heal nations, fight the good fight and ultimately praise G-d by creating music and visual representation for those like me who struggle with mental health and the consequences of war time.

XIANNE-XI’s music is an immersive fusion of deep rhythms, evolving soundscapes, and electronic textures. Rooted in beat-making, their sound blends raw energy with intricate detail, creating dynamic and hypnotic sonic experiences. Each track pushes genre boundaries, balancing pulsating basslines with atmospheric elements that move both body and mind. Whether through experimental synth layers, haunting melodies, or driving percussion, XIANNE-XI crafts music that feels cinematic yet deeply rhythmic—perfect for both underground electronic scenes and sync placements in film, TV, and media.
